Electronic radiator matters needing attention

Electronic radiator is a kind of device that speeds up the heat of heating body to send out, the stand or fall that measures a radiator has two points: come loose heat and mute. Integrated circuits are widely used in computer components. As we all know, high temperature is the enemy of integrated circuits. High temperature will not only lead to unstable operation of the system, shorten the service life, and even some parts may be burned. The heat that causes the high temperature comes not from outside the computer, but from inside the computer, or integrated circuits. The role of the electronic radiator is to absorb this heat, and then dispersed to the chassis or outside the chassis, to ensure the normal temperature of the computer parts. Most radiators through and heating parts surface contact, absorb heat, and then through a variety of methods to transfer heat to the distance, such as the air in the chassis, and then the chassis will pass these hot air to the chassis, complete the computer cooling. Surface quality requirements for radiators 1.1 There shall be no shrinkage cavity, corrosion, crack and other defects on the surface of the radiator; 1.2 Metal fasteners (pressure plate, gland, disc spring) of flat radiator and conductive sheet of water-cooled radiator shall be protected by coating; 1.3 Ra maximum allowed value of surface roughness of radiator table is 3.2, m; 1.4 The flatness of the radiator table shall not be lower than grade 9; 1.5 The heat sink (including heat sink, fastener and insulation parts) used for power semiconductor devices in hot and humid zone shall be protected on the surface, and its moisture resistance, salt spray resistance and mold resistance shall meet the corresponding standards of tropical power semiconductor devices; 1.6 Special fasteners and insulators for radiators shall comply with GBB446.3 (Insulators and Fasteners for Power Semiconductor Devices) 1.7 The tightening torque or pressure of radiator and power semiconductor installation shall conform to the relevant provisions of device product standards; Size of installation center pin for flat radiator table: 2.5mm in diameter, lmMO above the table Requirements for the use of environmental conditions 2.1 There should be certain requirements on the water quality of cooling water. The resistivity of circulating water should not be less than 2.5Ki2, and the PH value should be between 6}9; The inlet water temperature is not higher than 35℃, the water flow is 4-8L /min; 2.2 When used for high voltage or higher voltage devices, the above water quality requirements or higher water quality requirements must be ensured; 2.3 When the water-cooled radiator is working, special attention should be paid to preventing leakage, blocking and condensation. 2.4 When the air-cooled radiator is installed, the radiator blade should follow the direction of cooling air flow; Inlet air temperature is not higher than 400C, inlet wind speed is 4-6mls; 2.5 Because the air-cooled radiator has the characteristics of wind resistance parameters, when selecting the radiator in the whole machine, the relationship curve between heat resistance, flow resistance and wind speed should be checked according to the load requirements and fan capacity, and the heat resistance and wind resistance of the radiator should be considered comprehensively.
